Hosted by TECNA member Platform Calgary, this overnight retreat is an opportunity for TECNA leaders to step away from the day-to-day and spend quality time in professional development with peers who walk every day in your shoes. Attendees should expect honest conversation, fresh organizational ideas, and impactful leadership takeaways.

2026 TECNA CEO Mini Retreat
Dates: Tuesday-Wednesday, November 17-18, 2026
Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Registration Fee: $375 USD (excludes travel and hotel)
Accommodations: Discounted hotel rates available through the Alt Hotel Calgary East Village & Germain Hotels and the Calgary Marriott Downtown Hotel. Hotel links with discount code to book will be sent to attendees upon event registration confirmation.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests for a full refund must be made by November 6, 2026. Cancellation requests made after November 6, 2026, will not be eligible for a refund. By registering for this event, you agree to these terms.

Travel
Plan your travel to arrive in Calgary by Tuesday morning, November 17th. We'll open the CEO Mini Retreat with lunch at 12:00pm local time followed by afternoon programming, and then dinner in Calgary. The retreat will conclude with lunch at 12:30pm on Wednesday, November 18th.

What does the registration fee cover?
Registration fee includes 2 lunches, a dinner, breakfast and programming. Attendees are separately responsible for their own travel to and from Calgary, Hotel fees and taxes, and any additional food or beverages outside of the scheduled meals.
Dress Code
The TECNA CEO Retreat dress code is resort casual or business casual. Dress comfortably in weather-appropriate layers to handle Calgary's weather and potential walking. The TECNA Team will likely be wearing sweaters, jeans, casual dresses and sneakers (or boots).
