TECNA DC Fly-In 2025

During the TECNA DC Fly-In on April 28 & April 29, 2025, we're bringing together members of Congress and key federal stakeholders with leaders in the technology community from across North America to discuss policy priorities.

TECNA Members have an opportunity to discuss issues, rules and regulations affecting the tech community, hear from Congressional and committee members, and get an inside-the-beltway perspective on upcoming legislative priorities.

In 2025, the TECNA DC Fly-In will be held at The Wharf, Washington, DC’s vibrant and trendy waterfront area. The Wharf is known for its excellent dining options, lively atmosphere, and pedestrian-friendly design. It’s a safe and exciting hub, perfect for networking and exploring after the day’s events.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests for a full refund must be made up to two weeks prior (April 13, 2025) to the event's start date. Cancellation requests made within two weeks of the event will not be eligible for a refund. By registering for this event, you agree to these terms.

Who should register for the Fly-In?
  • Each attendee must register, whether a tech council staff member or representative from a member company.
  • TECNA Members are encouraged to invite member companies to join and meet with their congressional delegations to introduce their businesses and discuss policy priorities.
Can TECNA assist with scheduling legislative meetings?
  • Yes! TECNA can assist with setting up legislative meetings on April 29.
  • Requests must be made by March 1, 2025, and all participants must be registered.

Where should I stay?
TECNA has secured a limited room block at the Hyatt House Washington DC/The Wharf for $289 USD plus tax and fees per night. Visit this Hyatt Booking Link and enter the Group Code: G-TCNA to secure your room at the TECNA rate. Or you can call to reserve your room: 1-202-554-1234 and ask for the "2025 TECNA Fly-In Cocktail Reception" room block.
Additionally, the Hyatt has agreed to extend the TECNA rate for those arriving early or staying longer. If you’d like to bookend your stay beyond the Fly-In dates, you may need to call the hotel directly to secure the group rate for the additional dates.
The Hyatt House Washington DC/The Wharf is the location of our reception on the 28th and is within walking distance of our meeting space on April 29th.
While we do not have room blocks at other hotels, the following accommodations are also within walking distance:

What does the registration fee cover?
  • The fee includes room rentals, reception food, staff time, meeting materials, and meals during the meetings.
  • Hotel and travel expenses are not included.
What is the dress code?
