When we look at local government, chamber of commerce, workforce boards or other non-profits - partnering on events and programs is often decided on a case by case basis. Whether partnerships are sponsored or simply just strategic for your association/council - it’s an ongoing battle of who to work with, how much of your team is dedicated to the work and what outcomes can collectively be expected.
